Sny
I just added an order through my admin panel. I've accepted the order, how do I get this order to actually create the module on my ResellerCentral to set up the account?
HerrZ
when your product is configured for the server (tab "Module Settings") correctly the "modulecreate" command runs on invoice-"add payment" or when accepting the order (the "accept" on order detail page!). the correct way is "add payment". -> registrar is called, too!
dr2web
I am having some issues with this. For some reason it does not automatically run and when I go in to the account and press the 'Create' button it gives me an error that states 'Invalid Package'. I have verified in ResellerCentral that the package name is correct. Anyone have an idea of why this error might be occurring?
MediaPlayStudios
In reply to all, I would suggest talking to H9 as they have since updated ResellerCentral to v3 so I'm sure there API needs to be updated. Also double check that you have followed the correct setup instructions in the WHMCS Wiki for ResellerCentral because if you are off my one thing accounts will now auto create. On another note make sure you keep up with H9 because there have been many issues regarding this for months now and I will say this. I used to use there service years ago and in my case accounts where not being created because the location that I had set to for each product the location on that node was full then I had to submit tickets to H9 to make more space available
