Open ticket with mutiple mail id

Hello,

 

Is there any option to open support ticket using a mail with multiple e mail addresses in cc field?, currently WHCS do not open support ticket if the mail contain more than one email id .

I too would like to know how I could have either ALL the sub-profiles emailed or additional emails sent when a ticket is opened on behalf of a client.

 

Quite a few clients of mine have multiple people on their team and they work together and one may respond if the other is busy when a new ticket is opened -- being able to notify more than one email when a ticket is opened would be a good idea in my opinion.

 

If anyone has a way to do this or anything along those lines, it would be appreciated :)
