[NOT A BUG] Support Tickets 1 Awaiting Reply

Customer submitted support ticket to a department from the website.


The admin home screen says customer reply (1) but on the left hand side menu the navigation says customer reply (0),


When I create a new ticket from Client Profile page it will only show three options rather than the five departments I have setup.


Please assist?

You need to make sure that your admin account is assigned to all the departments that you have setup in WHMCS. To do this, go to Setup > Administrators and ensure all the checkboxes are ticked for departments in your admin profile.

Go to Setup>Administrators


Select edit against the administrator you want to edit, scroll down the page and you will see a list of all the support departments, ensure that all the support departments that you want them to have access to are selected, then save.
