Division Posted May 6, 2010 Share Posted May 6, 2010 Customer submitted support ticket to a department from the website. The admin home screen says customer reply (1) but on the left hand side menu the navigation says customer reply (0), When I create a new ticket from Client Profile page it will only show three options rather than the five departments I have setup. WHMCS CEO Matt Posted May 6, 2010 WHMCS CEO Share Posted May 6, 2010 Hi, You need to make sure that your admin account is assigned to all the departments that you have setup in WHMCS. To do this, go to Setup > Administrators and ensure all the checkboxes are ticked for departments in your admin profile.
