Is exploit claim true?

I see there is another exploit announcement. Can someone from WHMCS please confirm if this is a legitimate exploit or not.

We can confirm this is another bogus report the same as last week's: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?p=148307#post148307

 

These security sites make no attempts to verify what is submitted before posting what a user submits and so anybody is free to submit a report like this, legitimate or not.
