cpanel/whm import

Pls someone help.

I have this error:

 

Connection Error

Couldn't resolve host '' (Code 6) - Check IP/Blocked Firewall Ports

 

 

It could link to whm from the button, but when I clik "get account list" the error shows instead. i've checked everything from the cpanel and whm, i don't know what am doing wrong.

Yes, i did. My hosting provider gave me the ip.

But still same error persits.

Well to do this what you need to do is this.

 

1) Once you have imported all existing accounts from cPanel

 

2) You must then go to the "Clients"

 

3) Find the accounts that you imported from WHM

 

4) You then must click each one and merge that account to the customer that the domain belongs too.
