2004 - Parameter value range err

I'm getting the following error when trying to register an .eu domain with OnlineNic:

 

2004 - Parameter value range err: Parameter value range error - country

 

Also when trying to activate the order, although it shows a message that the order has been activated, it's still pending, the account is not even created on cPanel, no email sent. If I try to create the account from the product page, I get this error:

 

Module Command Error

An unknown error occured

 

What can be wrong and how to fix it?
