thcreations
First off, I am a newbie and slightly overwhelmed. I am trying to tie my accounts from WHM into WHMCS. I go to >> Utilities >> cPanel / WHM Import. I choose the server I want to add accounts from. And This is what I'm Getting: Warning: date() expects parameter 2 to be long, string given in /_########_/_########/public_html/_###_/_#####_/whmimport.php on line 0 Import Results 0 Succeeded 32 Failed Not sure where to go from here, or where I went wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Tom

PC-Mike
I saw exactly the same error message on my system, but my accounts imported ok, (just with 00/00/0000 in the date fields)! Check to makes sure you have already created packages in WHMCS with exactly the same names as your WHM packages, then try to import again. Suspect if all is correct package names wise, they should import in with no dates, (but still have the same error message). Of course ideally if this is a bug, it'd be squished and a date entered during import... No big deal for me since I was able to update each account by hand after the import succeeded (not too many accounts yet fortunately). rdavis
You must make sure you have a package setup for each Package Name in use on the server by the accounts you are going to import before running the import as WHMCS will attempt to automatically assign accounts to a package based on this. Any accounts where a package is not found for them will be reported at the end for entering manually. This includes all import field names and items to import. Did you create or edit an existing product and enter the WHM Package Name such as "demohost_Starter" in the Package Name field on the modules settings tab first before importing?
