elizar Posted March 13, 2007 Share Posted March 13, 2007 Hi guys, I have whmcs installed using trial license and it worked well during the first installation. The first problem is I have decided to changed the ip address on the domain name I use to run whmcs. And after changing the domain's ip address I got license error while accessing the admin page. So I've decided to reissued another license and it did solved the problem. The issue now is that I have decided to reinstall whmcs under the main httpdocs directory instead of the "billing" directory. So I've deleted the previews installation folder wich is " billing " and uploaded the installation folder and contents of whmcs zip file to the main httpdocs dir. And right after the installation, I got my license suspended, and tried to reissued another 15 days trial license and I still get the same problem.
