arctic-ice-cool Posted April 18, 2010 Share Posted April 18, 2010 Hi, just a quick question regarding users current balance (pre-paid or applied from affiliate payments). Basically, when a users invoice is generated, does it auto-pay out of the users credit balance? This would be a useful feature if the case is no, as I have clients who don't want to sign in just to click the "pay" button every month, when they have credit in their account. WHMCS JamesX Posted April 7, 2013 Share Posted April 7, 2013 What happens when an invoice is generated is dependent upon your setting at Setup >> General Settings >> Invoices >> Disable Auto Credit Applying. If ticked, credit will not automatically be applied to invoices. However, if unticked, credit will be automatically applied to invoices upon their generation.
