sohouk
The pricing pages for a product ( /whmcs/admin/configproducts.php ) allows you to hide or show prices by either putting the product value in the relevant box, or by entering -1.00 to hide that pricing option. It specifically says: "Set to -1.00 to disable any of the payment term options" (see attached productpricing.gif) However, on my pages, the actual panel the user sees under product and services shows the -1.00 figure where I want it omitted (attached image browseproducts.gif) Is this an error or have I done something wrong?
m00
Just leave the setup fee on 0, only apply -1.00 on the price to disable the whole payment term.
sohouk
Thanks a lot - that works! I just wish it was mentioned on the page itself as I spent ages carefully going through each box and setting it to -1.00 for all our products where it applied (which was quite a few)!!
cubemedia
I think instead of displaying a message, it should be set to -1 by default, the same hapends when filling the domain prices. you have to enter -1 to all 10 years.
othellotech
the same hapends when filling the domain prices. you have to enter -1 to all 10 years. No, you only need to put it in for the periods you have entered a registration price (as if that is 0 that period is disabled)
cubemedia
u are correct "Leave Register at 0 to disable that term. Set Transfer/Renew to -1 to disable"
