tkaprol Posted April 15, 2010 Share Posted April 15, 2010 Hello, We have trouble on decrypting passwords after we have just changed $mysql_charset option from NULL to UTF-8. All encypted datas unreadable on WHMCS. Despite that i checked old copies of the database and encyrpted fields displays as same as before. What do you suggest to solve this issue? tkaprol Posted May 7, 2010 Author Share Posted May 7, 2010 i solved this problem. There is encyrption key in configuration file. But our production configuration file is not same with live one. We found original one from archive and replace it. Then problem is gone.
