Client area summary problem

Hi,

 

I'm using wmcs version: 4.2.1

 

I have moved servers and everything got backed up fine and then restored fine on new server, but for some reason in admin when I go onto a client, the summary section doesn't come, it just appears white where the clients summary should be.

 

Why is this and what do I need to do to fix it?

I added the code to configuration.php and went on client's summary on admin and nothing is showing up no error or anything, everything else shows up around it like the other links profie and product/services etc. But below where summary should show nothing is there.

Attached is what I see when i go to clients summary on admin. And I have added the error code to configeration.php but it's not showing up a error at all.

What php version are you using ?

 

And its only the clients summary that is doing this ?

PHP version 5.2.13

 

And yes only the clients summary that's doing this everything else fine is fine.

I got same problem after upgarde to 4.2.1 i can't do anything with admin right now..

 

anyone know how to fixed issue?

If you add that code $display_errors = true; to configuration.php file nothing shows up it's still same.

check your template in:

<whmcs_root>/<backend_folder>/templates/<yourbackendtemplate>/clientssummary.tpl

The only client summary I could find admin templates here /public_html/billing/admin/templates/original

I have replaced the one in that folder but still nothing.

 

can't find clientssummary.tpl in templates/portal

change your admintemplate (for example to "original") and test the output to exclude template issues.

Ok, it shows up fine on original and simple but is not showing up on V4 why could this be and what should I do to make it work on V4?

+ replace with the original backendtemplate files

 

+ check the backendtemplate stylesheet path (when you have a customized template.)

for example when you modded the "v4" template as your own called "myv4" maybe there is the stylesheeet path still to "v4"

Can anyone offer any further help on this?

I too am experiencing the same issues. Except when I change templates I get a really plain form interface with no styling or images.
