adtastichosting
Am I the only one that cannot download a pdf invoice from admin? If I view a clients invoice and try to download a pdf version by clicking the button to download pdf it sends me to the download section of the front end and says "you must be logged in to access this page". Same if I use the button to "login as client" once logged in as client if I view an invoice and try to download it I am sent to the download page saying I must be logged in to access this page. I've searched the forum to see if anyone else has had this issue but found nothing.
sgrayban
http://wiki.whmcs.com/Invoice_Tab Enable PDF Invoices When enabled, a copy of the invoice will be attached to invoice notification emails in pdf format. Did you miss that ?
adtastichosting
http://wiki.whmcs.com/Invoice_Tab Did you miss that ? I appreciate the answer, however, that has nothing to do with my issue. Clients are getting pdf invoices fine. ADMIN cannot download a pdf invoice from a clients account from the button in the admin panel, nor by logging in as client. In fact, I kind of thought my original post was rather clear on this.
sparky
Sounds like you need to check the remember me box when logging in to admin.
adtastichosting
Sounds like you need to check the remember me box when logging in to admin. Well.. there you go. Who would've thunk it. Thanks Sparky!
sparky
By checking the remember me box it saves a login cookie to your computer, without it uses sessions. You still would have a problem with sessions on your server... you should check that out as well.
gerrybakker
That wasn't a solution either. I always check the Remember Me box when logging in.
artszu
Hi There, I am having exactly same problem + some of my clients can't log in into their account. When they using a proper user name /email address/ and password the login area is not allowing to get in.
