MoneyBookers Transactions amount problem if there is more than one currency

Recommended Posts

As my main currency is not US $, Every Payment amount is converted to US $ using "Base Conv. Rate" in the Currencies section.

For me everything is correct and I received the actual converted amount in US $, however on the invoice translation section, I can see that the system is recording the payment as it made using the primary currency and that is wrong. It should record it based on the US $ amount (conversion amount) or the actual primary currency amount.

What happening now that the converted amount is recorded using the primary currency amount.

Example:

Base Currency: XYZ

second currency: US $

The Invoice amount is: 15 XYZ

The converted amount is: 100 US $

the customer payed the converted amount 100 US $, but on the the invoice transaction section, it recorded as the payment was 100 XYZ.

The invoice Balance now is: 15-100 = (-85), as I own the customer 85 XYZ which is not correct.
