daintree
I'm not sure if this is a new problem for me or it has never worked. When I click on the "Add More" button in WHMCS when submitting or viewing a support ticket it redirects to the home page. The link shown for the button is https://my.support.site/# I've been trying to look round for the problem and it seems like it might be something to do with the base href being set in header.tpl. I'm am forcing ssl connections by having https://... set in WHMCS URL and leaving the WHMCS SSL URL blank as suggested on the forum somewhere. Any pointers appreciated!
sparky
Are you using jQuery.noConflict();
daintree
Thanks for the reply. You are pretty close, what I had actually managed to do was delete the line completely in header.tpl that loads the jQuery stuff. All working now. Again, thanks for taking the time to reply.
