dnerty Posted April 1, 2010 Share Posted April 1, 2010 Hi How do you like the new (4.2) option, that status of a ticket is per admin user, that each admin knows if they've read a ticket or not? We have many duplicate replies in everyday work.. The warning that somebody already view a ticket and started making a reply should show immediately after somebody open the ticket, not just when they start typing.
