kenwardc
Just been accepted by PerpetualPay and used the PlanetAuthorize selection. Put in all the stuff they sent me and I just keep on getting "Card declined" no matter what card I use. I have the system in "test" mode and wondering if that's it. Cheers Chris
HostT
Man after looking through this thread i got really excited but then towards the end i saw the posts from people being denied. This is by far the best deal i have found for a merchant account but now their website redirects to http://www.cashflows.com Do they only allow UK or non-USA customers? They also state on the website there are setup fees but yet some of you guys said you didn't have to pay any? Did anybody receive a response on why they were denied? I'm interested in signing up with these guys but i am in the USA and not sure if it's worth my time to sign up.... Thanks!

Although their website says they could have you up and running in 24-48 hours (or it did say that when I signed up) it took them nearly a month to get us signed up and finalised. That being said, although we were disappointed it took so long, they were pretty thorough and came across as pretty efficient with questions etc. It just took a long time for the decision to me made and for them to get us active. There is a setup fee but they waived it for us. (see below) ---- Currency GBP/EUR/USD MasterCard & Visa Credit Discount Fee (this is the % charged on each Sale) 1.99% UK Maestro & Solo Cards (Please note that UK Maestro and Solo transactions will appear as "VoicePay" on Cardholder's statements) £0.30 Authorisation Request Charge (applies to Sales; Refunds; Declines & Voids) £0.20 Set Up Fee (one off fee charged on activation of your account) waived Monthly Fee £20 Remittance Schedule Weekly, 7 calendar days in arrears Rolling Reserve 5% over 6 months Remittance Cost Free for GBP remittances to UK-GBP accounts Chargeback/Dispute Fee £15 Virtual Terminal FREE ----- The monthly fee is for the emulator software which works well with WHMCS. The rolling reserve and the arrear payments might not apply to larger companies. All in all we are happy with the facility and happy that our clients can now use our website to pay for the services we're providing to them. Hope that helps Chris

Hope that helps Chris I was set up within 12 hours when i joined before they rebranded to cashflow. they do not charge me anything for using the emulator, which i use with WHMCS. only 1 drawback if you have a second website they have to set up a new account for each website you want to use their services for, but they are quick at setting this up
easyhosting
seems like perpetual payments is a good merchant services provider.. well the link you are linking too is NOT perpetual payments as they trade under cashflows
