Greetings,

 

Just set up the support departments, etc -

 

However, during our testing, if a person submits a ticket through the client portal - they receive TWO identical notices that a support ticket has been opened.

 

And...

 

When we reply to the ticket in WHMCS - the customer then gets two reply notifications.

 

This a setting somewhere?
