annie
Hi, I have enabled auto suspension at whmcs. This is what I have received under Cron Job Activity report : Manual Suspend Required: Adam - domain.com (Service ID: 12615 - User ID: 3110742 - Error: Cannot perform action without accounts username) *** Is it possible to update the package status to 'Suspended' first (while waiting manual suspension) although cron job not successfully been perform? OR Is it possible a notification (which inform us that that particular hosting account need to be suspended manually) send to admin email?
sparky
whmcs shows what the status should be on the server... it was given a command to suspend the hosting account on the server and the username was missing so it could not complete the request so why mark the account as suspended in whmcs while the account is still active on the server. You have already recieved an admin notification as you stated that you recieved the cron job activity report. Thats what the report is for so that you can review it and check for any errors like you just found here.
