When you try to login or submit a ticket I get a message that says: w-w-w.mydomain.com has sent in incorrect or unexpected message. bhmusa Posted March 8, 2007 Author Share Posted March 8, 2007 I have not installed my SSL yet, is this mandatory? Also I tried it at another location today and got "page cannot be found" error when I tied to submit a ticket or access the client login area.
