ecohosting Posted March 7, 2007 Share Posted March 7, 2007 I have set up one support department "General Support" with the email whmcs@ecohosting.com and have set up email piping. Mails to whmcs@ecohosting.com get piped to WHMCS but end up in the Utilities->SUPPORT TICKETS MAIL IMPORT LOG saying "Department Not Found. Anyone else have this problem?
