How do you raise a credit note to a customer?

 

I know you can add a credit to the customer account using the Manage Credits section, but what if the customer wants a confirmation that the credit has been applied to the account.

 

Something like an invoice but showing credit instead...

if a customer logs into their clientarea it will show the credit on their account

Hi,

 

Yeah but how can we give then a receipt that a credit note was created.

 

create a new email template as below and send it to any client that wants a credit note.

 

Dear {$client_name},

 

We have issued you with a credit note. The details of your available credit are below:

 

Credit Balance: {$client_credit}

 

You can check this from within your Client Area.
