BullsoftHosting - Tom
Hey Just out of purely out of interest, why do some hosts use Kayako with WHMCS rather than the built in one? What advantages are they and how is it better? Its just I have never used it so I was wondering what makes people use it. Cheers Tom
remcom
For us we were using Kayako before WHMCS. We were a Modernbill customer. However what is keeping us using Kayako still instead of WHMCS? - Live Chat Support - Built-in SMS Gateway feature - More robust features for customer management (IE: follow up, SLA's, reporting) Honestly if WHMCS decided to build an app one of these days or integrate with another. We may look hard at going fully WHMCS and sell our Kayako Licenses. Though I don't expect WHMCS to do this as making a Installed application is different then a webapp. However, I would pay extra for this if it was an option.
cenourinha
Kayako is cherry in tha top of the cake, if you get a lot of tickets and need to share e-mails with other people inside your company, kayako will do the job in the best way.
