API for contacts

Hi,

 

I was looking forward to the subaccount feature. But the way it's implemented is not very useful to me, here is why :

 

I have many applications accessible for many users. Right now each has it's own login and password, and only 1 user by client has access to WHMCS. I am using the subaccount feature in 4.2.1 to give my other users access to the ticketing system. So far so good, that all works fine.

 

Now my goal is to have a unique userid/password for each user. Using the API I can access the password hash for each client, but not the hash for contacts. As far as I can see there does not seem to be an api for Contacts. I would need a hook at least for the equivalent of getclientsdetails in the API for Contacts.

 

This would be trivial to add, but the ioncube encoding prevents me from doing so.

 

Any help appreciated, and i'd be happy to test a beta api.php containing that data !!!
