Nameserver not registering with NetEarthOne

Hi All,

I'm still a bit new to WHMCS (and definitely new to NetEarthOne), so I'm hoping there is a simple answer to my problem.

 

I'm trying to register a domain to NetEarthOne via WHMCS, however I keep getting errors when I try to use the ns1.mediatemple.net (etc) nameservers. The error returned is that they are "not valid nameservers", however I have always used these nameservers in the past (through my dotster account).

 

Interestingly enough, when I use the dotster nameserver (ns1.nameresolve.com, etc), it works fine.

 

Any thoughts?

In case anyone runs into the same problem - it appears that the problem affects the demo environment only. I registered a domain in the live environment, pointed the name servers to mediatemple and it works fine.
