Hi, Before I start messing around with how the viewcart.tpl page works, I'm trying gain a better understanding of it. The tabset for "new customer" / "existing customer" - is it essentially a signup/login for your account? If so, is it advisable to remove the login part from the checkout form? As a user, I would have some anxiety going through a whole purchase order and submitting it WHILE logging into my account at the same time. I think I would rather prompt the user to log in at the beginning of the order process instead. your thoughts? Thanks, Stefan

In case anyone runs into the same problem - it appears that the problem affects the demo environment only. I registered a domain in the live environment, pointed the name servers to mediatemple and it works fine. Cheers

Hi All, I'm still a bit new to WHMCS (and definitely new to NetEarthOne), so I'm hoping there is a simple answer to my problem. I'm trying to register a domain to NetEarthOne via WHMCS, however I keep getting errors when I try to use the ns1.mediatemple.net (etc) nameservers. The error returned is that they are "not valid nameservers", however I have always used these nameservers in the past (through my dotster account). Interestingly enough, when I use the dotster nameserver (ns1.nameresolve.com, etc), it works fine. Any thoughts? Thanks, Shu

Nice work. My only comment would be to respect the branding guidelines of the logos you have at the bottom of the home page - I could be wrong, but I don't believe that they were meant to be "ghosted" like that. Otherwise, very well done!

Hi, After many hours of blindly trying to set up the paypal sandbox with whmcs, I am happy to say that I *think* I have it working. I can create an invoice for my test client, log in as them and pay the invoice using the paypal website payments pro gateway. However, the only payment visible to me is the credit card method. Shouldn't I see the paypal login screen as well? (so I can pay via my paypal account?) Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks.
