Need help with ticket import issue

Hello Guys,


Need bit of help here


We are using pipe method for importing tickets....


All of sudden we have stopped receiving tickets. they are visible in the ticket import log, but they are not appearing in the ticketing area and they marked as status GB in the mail import log.


Any idea what could be causing this?


Any help on this will be appreciated

I've had the same issue with a couple tickets, being marked a status "GB." The only thing I noticed that could cause it was the subject line was changed, but really as long as the [Ticket ID ...] isn't changed, the system should be importing correctly.


Btw, it was only today, 3-29-10, that WHMCS will work with PHP 5.3, and that's assuming you've downloaded and installed the correct IonCube loaders for PHP 5.3. There was an announcement in the Announcements forum.
