DirectAdmin creating Two Tickets

I have a problem that I think is a bug.

 

I have tried everything. (probably)

 

When a customer emails support@domain.com, TWO new tickets are created instead of just one. And the customer recives information about ticket creation by mail (two mails).

 

I can't figure out why this is happening..

This is not a bug , it has something to do with the servers email system.

I had to make a small change in my exim.conf (Directadmin) configuration file.

I think all Directadmin systems have this error at start with some piping, maybe others also. Also with kayako piping I had that problem first.

Anyway after the change it all worked fine for me.
