(probably) When a customer emails support@domain.com, TWO new tickets are created instead of just one. And the customer recives information about ticket creation by mail (two mails). intramanga Posted March 4, 2007 Share Posted March 4, 2007 This is not a bug , it has something to do with the servers email system. I had to make a small change in my exim.conf (Directadmin) configuration file. I think all Directadmin systems have this error at start with some piping, maybe others also.
