KevinTH Posted March 3, 2010 Author Share Posted March 3, 2010 Thanks....I saw that icon but wasn't sure exactly what it did. i.e. just delete the request or actually cancel the request. And of course it would have to be clicked BEFORE the automation process happens..which could be only minutes away up to the maximum 24hrs....depends on what time the user cancelled.... 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
