dannygoh
Hello, Does someone have any idea, how to transfer a domain name from DirectI to my DirectI. Can this proceed using WHMCS Orderform?
silentkiller
You can do it through the main Resellerclub web-based interface. http://www.resellerclub.com/login/ The login is universal.

gismo
A 'Move' operation is used to move a domain name from one customer account to another within the same Registrar while a 'Transfer' operation is used to transfer the domain name from one Registrar to another. In this case as the domain name yourdomain.com is currently registered under Domenepartner, who is a reseller under Resellerclub, you need to perform a 'Move' operation by logging into the control panel from where the domain name is currently managed and follow the below given process: 1)Type the domain name in the 'Jump to domain widget' on the home page 2)Select Domain Registration from the drop down and click on go 3)On the corresponding page click on the button of Move Services from the order details view 4)Enter the 'Destination' Customer Id and Username and click on the 'Confirm' button. The knowledgebase article http://manage.resellerclub.com/kb/servlet/KBServlet/faq450.html provides detailed information on this topic, perhaps it might be useful.
