Sending SMS to clients : which hook point ?

Hi

 

I have read a lot of pages on actionhooks and have created one to add a reminder to our RememberTheMilk calendar, however due to spam issue I'd really like to send my clients a last reminder by SMS and/or paper before their name expires. I have no problem with SMS functions an have several APIs, but I'm not sure how to trigger the SMS : I see no corresponding Hook Point in http://wiki.whmcs.com/Action_Hooks

I also found out I cannot search the forum on a short word such as SMS or API so sorry if this has been asked in another thread.
