xpo123
Hi, I have a product/service that offers monthly/annual payment for hosting at the moment - I would like to change this so that payment must be made annually for new customers. I have existing paying monthly customers, and obviously would not want to force them to pay annually. If I remove monthly payments as an option, I'm assuming that it will not allow existing clients to continue to pay monthly? What is the best way of doing this? The only things I could think of would be to setup a new package that only offers annual billing or remove monthly payments from the form (this would affect other products so this probably isn't an option). Thanks in advance, Dan
Wiredremix
I would just setup a new product, then on the old product change the setting to not visable on order form. That way no new orders of that product(monthly cycle) can be made but the customers already on it wont be affected.
xpo123
Appreciate the reply - seems like the most logical thing to do.

Changes to the product dont affect the existing users of the product, so you can just remove monthly as an option
