Products/Services Problem

husskii

Question

Hi I'm currently testing whmcs into my 3rd or 4th day now, and after setup and email configuration, I'm now up to adding my Products/Services and have hit a little brick wall, because this certain products does not have domain registrations involved with it, and the only option I can find when adding my products is to either offer a free domain or to charge for one.

which leads me to my problem, when I test the ordering of the product it always leads me to the next page, which is

The product/service you have chosen requires a domain name so please enter your domain name selection from below.

I want trialwhmc to register a new domain for me.

I want to transfer my domain to trialwhmcs

I will update my nameservers on an existing domain Or I will register a new domain.

And I was wondering is there a way around this, I don't want this page to show for this product..

Husskii

hi when you set up a new product, in the product details area 1/2 way down you should see

Require Domain Tick to show domain registration options

make sure this is unticked and the item will not show domain registratios when ordered.
