dconjar
I run a small internet marketing company and am interested in using WHMCS to manage hosting and domains, but I could also use a robust, open source CRM like SugarCRM to manage customer relationships, projects, and opportunities. I know that, with the help of a couple Joomla extensions, it's easy to integrate WHMCS and SugarCRM with Joomla. It would be ideal if all data that appears in both SugarCRM and WHMCS were synced between the two (such as contacts, calendars, support cases, activities, etc.) but it doesn't have to be perfect. Does anybody have experience with integrating these two applications with Joomla? What would you recommend? I really don't know where to start. Thanks for your help.
tldagent
While I'm not familiar with how Sugar works with this I can tell you that anything can be integrated. We already integrate Joomla and WHMCS and plan on doing quite a bit more with other systems such as wordpress and vbulletin to name a couple. We can provide custom integrations, feel free to contact us if you'd like more information.
