Help!! [account creation issue]

Hello,

when a client orders a hosting package its sets it to pending i would like it to set to Acitve.

2 thing is when it create is it does not create it on the server.

But when i click on server and then click on whm it logins in to my whm accounts.

Please can some one help

Status is pending until you accept the order (or pay the invoice). please try out and report.

It definately changes to active when accepting the order.

 

Your Servercontrolpanel is cPanel, right?

When Error CreateModule please check your System Activity Log

In the products module settings do you have automatically setup order on payment?
