Free Domain on Free Trial

I have a problem that I could really do with some help on;

I have a 30 day free trial setup and in the product setup I have set the domain option to offer a free domain. On top of this the pricing tab has the product price set to Free. The problem is that when ordering the package and it gets to the domain options it still charges for the domain and sends the client through to the payment gateway.

On other packages that I offer whereby it is a paid package it gives the free domain.

I understand that the free domain option needs you to select the billing terms for the free domain to apply to but having the product set to free on payment terms is not one of those options.

I am aware of the other tab that allows me to use a subdomsin but I do not want to fo this as when the customer upgrades to a paid version they then need to place a new order for a domain name and then I have to manually change the domain on the account in whm and whmcs. Because of this I would just like them to order the domain.

I realise that I am paying for the domain and they are on a free trial but I do not have domain ordering set to auto so I manually process all domain requests. Obviously with the free trial I would not purchase the domain until they upgraded but at least when they do upgrade everything is set up in whm and whmcs correctly. During the trial they use the ip address to access things .

Any help to allow what I have discussed above would be great!
