everactive Posted January 30, 2010 Share Posted January 30, 2010 Hello, When I get an email from PayPal titled: "X's subscription to Y - Invoice #123 has been cancelled", is there anything else I should do from my WHMCS admin control panel to have the user suspended at the end of his billing term or WHMCS will detect this cancellation and automatically suspend the account? othellotech Posted January 30, 2010 Share Posted January 30, 2010 You should clear the subscription-id from the product (if you're using the presence of it in your tpl's or emails to indicate a subsciption).
