Email templates

I'm currently using the "Dedicated Server/VPS" welcome email and I'm trying to add all the configurable options in with the welcome email. Like the nameservers they choose, the root password they choose, the hostname they choose, and all the configurable options I add to it. I put "{$service_config_options}" and when it sends the email out, all it says in it is "Array". I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Please help!

Please post the text of the email so we can see where the ARRAY error is.
