Kelly Posted January 28, 2010 Share Posted January 28, 2010 On the client side if someone clicks get EPP code they get the following error: There was an error in requesting the EPP Code: Authentication Error. For support regarding domain.com, please contact your reseller, Reseller Name via the following: Reseller Name, domain@domain.com +1.1111111111 http://www.domain.com This company may be contacted for domain login/passwords, DNS/Nameserver changes, and general domain support questions. But on the client side if they uncheck to unlock the domain, it works just fine. Same thing with locking it.
