Thought I'd make a few comments in case the marketing/dev team is listening The reasons I bought: good design of templates ( I used to not like the platform; the new version really is a huge improvement) well thought out product infrastructure, fast support, addons and API The things I don't like about the product. ioncube, what if I need to understand more about the workings of the core? Template structure... I don't like how you designed the way templates are called based on your attribution link.. is it really that important? Dead End Tickets, in our company we do a lot of support... we never turn customers away without somewhere to look next. We've had a few dead-end... e.g. "umm... we don't do that" tickets.
