swhitley
For security reasons (I assume), I must always logout of an account before I can login to it again. Sometimes this is an issue where I may need to login to WHMCS on two different machines or in two different browsers using the same account. This has also become a confusing issue for my users. I have a Joomla! bridge to WHMCS. Joomla! allows my users to login multiple times, but the WHMCS login might be rejected and they don't understand why they can't see certain pages. Is there a configuration change that would enable simultaneous logins?
rdavis
Just so you know this must be an issue on your side as we are able to login to our WHMCS with 5 users on 5 computers at the same time. But that is to manage our WHMCS. On the other hand you seem to be combining your clients Joomla access with access to WHMCS, at least thats the way it reads. Clients should not be able to login with multiple computers with the same password anyway. That would be most correct as password authentication should only be able to be used once for an IP login. Anything else and your clients run the risk of piggybacking, thus a security issue. You sure don't want that! Some password use requires purging the cookie of use before you can login again. Most all SSL's do or should, another security reason. Our clients have never had an issue with logging into our SiteBuilder just once at a time.
