submitticket.php problem

it seems my bullet points in submitticket.php have moved too far over to the left right at the edge of the page , not quite sure how its happened

Change this block in your style.css

div, p, ul, ol, li, form, h1, h2, select {

padding : 0;

margin : 0;

}

to this

div, p, ol, li, form, h1, h2, select {

padding : 0;

margin : 0;

}

but now i get gap above my nav bar
