schwim
Hi there everyone, I recently had the server housing my whmcs install bite the dust and had to move the site to another server. I've moved the content and db over, but I'm just getting a 500 error out of the install on the new site. I've ensured the ioncube is installed on the new server. Is there something else I need to do to get it up and running? Am I better off with a new install and then swapping out the db and template? Any help is greatly appreciated, json
rmccny
Having moved WHMCS a couple times, I would highly recommend a clean install, then import the data (not structure) from a MySQL backup. If the installer generates a 500 you will need to take a second look at your server config.

XPanel
seems that WHMCS do not run on servers with php 5.3 I also installed latest ioncube loader http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php released on Jan 21, 2010 but the same problem I hope next version of WHMCS will run on php 5.3
