csigmon
When we use the drop down for quotes, it does not put the one time payment in place in addition to the recurring amount. I don't want the sales guys to have to look up the one time for each product. I would like the quote form to populate it for them. Do we have something configured wrong, or is this working as designed?
HalbrookTech
I was coming to look for the same answer. I just drew up a quote for a client. 1. Hosting package that has a set up fee (includes a CMS installation) 1. Domain name 1. CMS Customization fee. The set up fee didn't show up, which in this case wasn't a big deal because I'm not charging them because they're a good, existing client. I also noticed that the hosting doesn't indicate any adjustment for the prorating (I bill on the 1st so it should either be lower or higher than the base monthly fee). Will the hosting & Domain Reg recurr automatically or will I have to do something?
