hand Posted January 21, 2010 Share Posted January 21, 2010 For some reason when a customer fills our a support ticket from the site they get 2 confirmation emails...one right after another. It s the normal: Ticked ID: 192233 Thank you for contacting our support team. A support ticket has now been opened for your request. You will be notified when a response is made by email.
