Dear [CustomerName],

Your web hosting account has been provisioned, you can now begin building your web site.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your domain to become internet accessible. If after 48 hours from the date on this email your domain is still not available, please feel free to contact us.

Below are your account details, you will need your username and password to access ftp, email and your control panel.

Account Summary

Password: [Password]
Hosting Package: [Package]
Server IP: [serverIP]
Nameserver 1: [Nameserver1]

Control Panel Access (Cpanel)

The control panel allows you to access and control many web site related functions such as, email accounts, subdomain's, mySQL databases, web stats and much more!

Control Panel URL: [url]http://[Domain]/cpanel[/url]
Control Panel Username: [username]

FTP Access

FTP is used to transfer files locally (from your pc) to your web space, for web pages and files to be browser accessible they must be uploaded to the "" or "public_html" folder, you will see this once you log in.

To be able to use FTP you need an FTP client we recommend FlashFXP flashfxp.com

To create email accounts you will need to do so via the control panel (cpanel). Any additional email accounts created will need to use the format 'username@[Domain]' as the username.

Please note that the SMTP (Outgoing) server requires authentication. You will need to enable this in your email client. In Outlook this setting is in the advanced properties of the email account.

You can use Webmail from anywhere, all you need is a web browser and an internet connection.
