NeuroHosting
I am getting a module command error when I try to use any of the module commands like; Create, suspend, unsuspend, ect. And accounts aren't automatically creating in WHM because of this error I suspect. The error I am getting doesn't give much detail. and in the activity log it shows 12/01/2010 11:46 Module Unsuspend Failed - Service ID: 93 - Error: An unknown error occured Anyone know what causes it?

NeuroHosting
I figured it out, it meant that the API key from WHM was wrong. Simply get the correct remote Access Key from WHM in the Cluster/Remote Access >> Setup Remote Access Key section. Then in WHMCS go to Setup >> Servers >> Hit edit server button for your server that hosting is coming from >> Scroll down. You will see a section called "Server Details" simply update the "Hash Code" box with your new code. And it SHOULD work!
ScrltOTara
We are having the same problem, and the API key didn't fix it for us.
