Module Command Error

NeuroHosting

Recommended Posts

I am getting a module command error when I try to use any of the module commands like; Create, suspend, unsuspend, ect. And accounts aren't automatically creating in WHM because of this error I suspect.

The error I am getting doesn't give much detail.

and in the activity log it shows

12/01/2010 11:46

Module Unsuspend Failed - Service ID: 93 - Error: An unknown error occured

Anyone know what causes it?

I figured it out, it meant that the API key from WHM was wrong. Simply get the correct remote Access Key from WHM in the Cluster/Remote Access >> Setup Remote Access Key section. Then in WHMCS go to Setup >> Servers >> Hit edit server button for your server that hosting is coming from >> Scroll down. You will see a section called "Server Details" simply update the "Hash Code" box with your new code. And it SHOULD work!
