WHMCS CEO Matt Posted February 21, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted February 21, 2007 That's a PHP error message. Recompiling PHP should resolve the issue. Matt

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted February 22, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted February 22, 2007 Contact your server tech team about the issue as this is server related rather than WHMCS.

jdlitson
I am using Direct Admin and a newly compiled PHP Ver 5.2.1 (which is the latest version at the moment) and I am getting the same error as epalon. I will be moving to a new server this month so I will try installing WHMCS on the new server. Hope there is a solution soon. Jason
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 7, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 7, 2007 The issue is with your PHP and not WHMCS so a recompile or different server should resolve the issue. Matt

vjw757
Hello Mat,Yes, recompiling did fix the issue. Thanks for your help. Jason when you recompiled, did you do it from with in cPanel?
Jordan
If you need to recompile PHP on a cPanel based server, you can log into your root level cpanel, and look for "Apache Configuration." From there you can go ahead and select what version you want to use (along with other options for Apache) and then recompile it
Adam
If you need to recompile PHP on a cPanel based server, you can log into your root level cpanel, and look for "Apache Configuration." From there you can go ahead and select what version you want to use (along with other options for Apache) and then recompile it That way is not recommend at all. It may work, however most of the time it errors out. You are better off logging into SSH and run the following commands cd /scripts; ./upcp --force; ./easyapache Thanks, Adam
Jordan
@ Adam, did your command also include updating the version of PHP? Or was it just recompiling Apache in general?
