  1. Hi, I'm using version 3.1.2 Thanks, Andy
  2. Hi, Today I decided to do some maintenance / link checking in WHMCS. When I logged in as a client to make sure that everything was working I noticed that when you click to cancel, nothing shows up its just a blank page with the url of: members/clientarea.php?action=cancel&id=0000000005 Im assuming that the 000000005 is the clients ID #, I checed to make sure files were there, re-uploaded files and still I get the same result. Anyone have any solutions or troubleshooting steps? Thanks, Andy Amacher
  3. Spoke to soon. I had been using a php.ini file to turn register globals on and after looking at other random posts i seen some one say that some functions work with register globals not turned on, for what ever reason it was, the php.ini was no longer doing the job of turning on the register globals on so I made a fast .htaccess and that did the trick, its weird though that the php.ini just stopped working.
  4. Hello, For some reason WHMCS has gone bonkers! It worked fine until a few days ago now no matter what link i click on nothing seams to work for example when I click on a client it always takes me to the first client on the list, but the extension in the browser is always correct and when viewing an invoice it keeps talking me to the listing of all the invoices. I'm not really sure whats going on, i have checked and to my knowledge all the files are there, any help would be great. Thanks, Andy Amacher
  5. Thanks ramystlye that did it
  6. Hi, In WHMCS on the home page theres a network status area, when i click on "Check Network Status" it doesn't display the Uptime or Server load it just shows "-" in both. So do i need to put any files in a location that i haven't yet? Thanks, Andy Amacher
